The scheme centres on a two-storey extension to the gable end of a family home within a Derbyshire conservation area.

At ground floor, the proposal extends the kitchen and reconfigures the existing dining room to create a functional utility space.

At first floor, a new master suite is introduced, comprising a bedroom, ensuite and dedicated wardrobe area. Above, a mezzanine level will accommodate a library space for the client’s extensive book collection.
The project recently received planning approval, and we are now progressing the Building Control package
