With a modest renovation budget, the brief for this Victorian terrace was to create a coherent, comfortable home while keeping environmental impact low.

The scheme prioritises the reuse of existing architectural elements and the furniture the client already owns, repurposing pieces where appropriate to extend their life and reduce waste.

Where new items were needed, these were sourced secondhand or vintage wherever possible. For unavoidable new purchases, materials were carefully researched to ensure they aligned with the project’s sustainability goals.

The result is a thoughtful, resource-efficient interior that respects both the character of the house and the client’s budget.
